Many times, we are told that schools are already recording admissions interviews for on campus prospects & online prospects. The trouble is that DOA’s and/or Exec’s are not listening to recordings consistently in our experience and really do not have time to do so. What we can do is have you send us your recordings in any volume that you wish and our in-house MPACT editors will listen to every recording and convert the recording into a general survey and analytic reporting for you. This is great for reviewing specific compliance questions, tuition, accreditation etc. By not using a shopper for this specific service, we deploy & deliver this service at a much cheaper cost to you than regular mystery shopping.
